Redeeming Grace, like all true New Testament churches, recognizes that Jesus alone is the Chief Shepherd (cf. 1 Pet. 5:4) and Head of the Church (cf. Col. 1:18; Eph. 1:22-23; 5:23), and that the congregation is ultimately His flock purchased with His blood (cf. Acts 20:28). Redeeming Grace has a plurality of elders and pastoral staff who seek to humbly serve as under-shepherds to the One Chief Shepherd. Simply put, Redeeming Grace is a “Jesus Ruled, Elder Led church.”
